- 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Place the cooked bacon and chopped onion into the pie crust, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the mixture.
- Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
