- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup sorghum syrup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method: Smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
- Season thighs with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Smoke for 90 minutes.
- Glaze with sorghum syrup and cook for 10 more minutes.
