Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup sorghum syrup
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 275°F/135°C.
  2. Season thighs with chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Smoke for 90 minutes.
  4. Glaze with sorghum syrup and cook for 10 more minutes.
