Blueberry French Toast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 6 slices brioche bread, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Layer brioche cubes and blueberries in a baking dish.
  3. Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour over bread and let sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
