- 6 slices brioche bread, cubed
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Layer brioche cubes and blueberries in a baking dish.
- Whisk milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour over bread and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden.
