Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers, any color, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Method: Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss the bell pepper and onion chunks with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Thread the peppers and onions onto the soaked skewers, alternating the vegetables.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
