- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can of beer (half emptied)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken over the beer can, balancing it upright.
- Roast for 75-90 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
