Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cubed
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Thread beef, bell pepper, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Brush with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Mix parsley, garlic, vinegar, and olive oil for chimichurri.
- Serve kabobs with chimichurri.
