Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup cucumber slices
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup pickled daikon radish
- 1/4 cup sriracha mayo
- 4 burger buns
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix ground pork with soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Toast burger buns.
- Assemble with sriracha mayo, carrots, cucumber, daikon, and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
