Banh Mi Burger

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup cucumber slices
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup pickled daikon radish
  • 1/4 cup sriracha mayo
  • 4 burger buns
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Mix ground pork with soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Toast burger buns.
  6. Assemble with sriracha mayo, carrots, cucumber, daikon, and cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately.
