Baked Brie with Chutney and Crisp Bacon

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup chutney (apricot or mango works well)
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

Method: Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake the Brie for 10-15 minutes until soft and slightly melted.
  4. Top the Brie with chutney, crumbled bacon, and fresh thyme.
  5. Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
