Ingredients
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1/4 cup chutney (apricot or mango works well)
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
Instructions
Method: Baking
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake the Brie for 10-15 minutes until soft and slightly melted.
- Top the Brie with chutney, crumbled bacon, and fresh thyme.
- Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately with crackers or bread.
