Ingredients
- 2 racks baby back ribs
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Rub ribs with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Smoke for 3 hours.
- In a saucepan, mix vinegar, bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Brush ribs with sauce and cook for 1 more hour.
- Serve with additional sauce.
