Artichoke Hearts with Herb Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Method: Roasting

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the artichoke hearts on the baking sheet and drizzle with the herb butter mixture.
  4. Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden and crispy on the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
