- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method: Roasting
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the artichoke hearts on the baking sheet and drizzle with the herb butter mixture.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until they are golden and crispy on the edges.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
