Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Method: Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  4. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or bread.
