Ingredients
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine artichokes, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with chips, crackers, or bread.
