- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Roll out the pie crust on parchment paper.
- Mix apples, walnuts, brown sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Spread mixture over the crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
- Fold edges over the filling and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
