Ancho Chili Grilled Kurobuta Pork with Bourbon Caramelized Apples

Ingredients

  • 2 bone-in Kurobuta pork chops
  • 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bourbon
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Season pork chops with ancho chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
  4. In a skillet, melt butter, then add apples, bourbon, and brown sugar.
  5. Cook until apples are soft and caramelized.
  6. Serve pork chops topped with caramelized apples.
