- 2 bone-in Kurobuta pork chops
- 1 tbsp ancho chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
- Season pork chops with ancho chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill for 5-6 minutes per side.
- In a skillet, melt butter, then add apples, bourbon, and brown sugar.
- Cook until apples are soft and caramelized.
- Serve pork chops topped with caramelized apples.
