I’ve cooked a whole chicken
"I’ve cooked a whole chicken and a Picanha so far. There is a balance that I’m still trying to find with how much the dome is open to control the fire and prevent too much charring on a longer (poultry) cook. I think the XL has too much volume with the dome all the way open to complete a longer cook like a chicken. The Picanha however, was absolute perfection!"
Best attachment so far
"Day one we did chicken(juicy as could be). Day 2 we did a pork loin, excellent! Day 3 a 5lb bone in prime rib, one of the best we've ever had. Will rotisserie something once a week from now on. Best Green egg attachment so far in my families opinion."

I had been waiting for
"I had been waiting for the XL rotisserie to be released and ordered it on Day 1. I was not disappointed. Very high quality as expected. Did a whole chicken as a test run before doing a turkey for Thanksgiving. I used the open dome method and followed the recommendations of building a smaller fire towards the back of the fire box. I did have to add charcoal near the end of the cook. Very impressed so far."
