Designed for true dual-zone cooking, it lets you grill over direct heat on one side while gently cooking with indirect heat on the other - so entrées and sides finish together. Made from Big Green Egg’s improved ceramic, it delivers more usable cooking space for consistently better results.

Materials & Care

After baking, remove your food and allow your Egg to remain at your baking temperature for approximately 15 minutes to burn off remaining residue on the stone.

You can use a long handled, gentle cleaning brush to scrape the warm stone.

On your next use, simply flip the stone over; constant flipping and rotating will allow any residue to continuously burn away.

Avoid letting moisture build up on your baking stone.
