I've had my original green

"I've had my original green egg since 2009, my original ring was cracked by movers in 2020 but finally feel apart. Great with the wrapping material. I have a new ring and new fire box. I do have a big joe but prefer the green egg it has better temp control with basic setup"

Amazing packing

"Had a warrantee claim on the fire ring for my 12 year old large BGE. Went to a number of local dealers and got nothing but a runaround from them. Totally useless. I contacted BGE directly and Tiera was extremely supportive and apologized for the lack of support from the dealers. She told me for $50 they can ship direct to my house. I decided it was worth the fee rather than running around town chasing dealers with attitudes. Less than a week later, the part arrived, packed in foam as if it were an irreplaceable diamond! Very satisfied with the warranty process, thanks to Tiera’s help and despite the useless local support."
