If you’ve been curious about getting more out of your Big Green Egg—or you’re thinking about taking the plunge—this class is for you.
We’ll split the session into two parts:
🔥 Part One: Get to Know Your Egg
We’ll cover everything from setting up for hot and fast vs. low and slow cooks, to maintenance and cleaning tips, plus how to get the most out of accessories like the Egg Genius, Conveggtor, and EGGspander. Have questions about other tools? Let me know—I'm happy to include more.
🍗 Part Two: Let’s Cook!
We’ll walk through prep and cooking techniques for:
• Brisket
• Pork butt
• Chicken wings
• (Possibly steak!)
• And just for fun—elk and wild boar lasagna cooked right on the Egg
While this won’t be a formal sit-down meal, you’ll get to sample everything fresh off the grill—and there will be plenty to go around.
As a bonus, our chef instructor has partnered with Passalacqua Winery in Napa to offer wine pairings that complement the featured recipes and showcase just how versatile the Egg can be.
