Rights Being Granted

You hereby authorize and grant a license to The Big Green Egg, Inc. (“BGE”), its employees, affiliates, licensees, agents, and respective successors and assigns, and those acting under its or their authorization (collectively, the “Licensed Parties”), an irrevocable, exclusive, transferable, royalty-free right and permission to reproduce, modify, publish, display, manipulate, and distribute your content, along with your name, likeness, statements, social media handle, or other identifier utilized by a website or social media platform.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on Licensed Parties’ social media pages (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram), company websites, company emails, worldwide, in perpetuity, for any legal purpose, including but not limited to advertising and publicity of BGE and its products.

You understand that Licensed Parties are not obligated to use such content, and the content may be published as part of the Licensed Parties' marketing without any inspection or approval by you of the final product.

Requirements of the Content

• You are 18 years or older.
• You own all of the rights in and to the content and are authorized to grant these rights.
• The content will not infringe the rights of any third party.
• You agree to indemnify BGE.
• No payments are or will be due to you or any other party.
