Description
Big Green Egg, the world’s leading producer of premier outdoor cooking systems, is seeking an Associate Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth marketing efforts. This role focuses on leading digital growth strategy, paid media strategy, and CRM strategy to engage and optimize digital performance, and deliver business results while ensuring efforts drive traffic and sales through our trusted dealer partners. With 3-5 years of experience in a digital-first environment, the ideal candidate is data-driven, collaborative, and skilled at creating strategies that balance direct brand engagement with support for our dealer ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Digital Media & eCommerce Strategy
- Support development of performance-driven digital strategy to increase sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Execute digital campaigns to support overarching marketing initiatives and goals
- Partner with eCommerce and marketing teams to optimize website traffic, conversions, and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales team and distributors to ensure digital efforts complement and support the dealer network.
- Lead the implementation of SEO, SEM, and other marketing strategies to maximize online reach and ROI.
Paid Media Strategy
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across channels (e.g., social, search, display, video) in partnership with media agency partner.
- Proactively evaluate paid media campaigns to identify areas of opportunity (e.g. new channels, audiences, landing page experiences)
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad content tailored to target audiences.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to continuously improve KPIs.
Retention / Loyalty Strategy
- Lead the development and execution of CRM strategies, including email marketing, automated workflows, and loyalty program.
- Utilize data segmentation to deliver personalized customer journeys that drive engagement and retention.
- Analyze CRM performance and report on key metrics, leveraging insights to refine strategy.
Collaboration & Analytics
- Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Leverage analytics tools to monitor digital performance and provide reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Stay current on digital trends and technologies, applying innovations to Big Green Egg’s strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital media, CRM, or growth marketing roles, preferably with consumer brands or in eCommerce.
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads), email marketing tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
- Proficient in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, and familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.
- Experience managing digital campaigns from strategy to execution, with proven results in driving growth.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for outdoor cooking, grilling, and the Big Green Egg community.
Working Conditions
The role may require frequent travel and flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.
