Wasabi Honey Teriyaki Grilled Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp wasabi paste
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onions, sliced

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, wasabi, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Marinate chicken thighs for at least 1 hour.
  4. Grill for 6-7 minutes per side, basting with marinade.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
