Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 450°F/232°C.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic until soft.
- Add lamb, cumin, paprika, and red pepper flakes, cooking until browned.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Roll out pizza dough and spread lamb mixture on top.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crust is crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
