- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup diced green chilies
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Pepper jack cheese and avocado slices for topping
Instructions
Method: Direct grilling
- Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
- Mix ground turkey, green chilies, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Form into four patties and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Serve on buns with cheese and avocado slices.
