Ingredients

  • 4 large apples, cored
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

Method: Indirect smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
  2. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and pecans.
  3. Stuff mixture into apples.
  4. Place apples on the EGG and smoke for 1 hour.
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
