Ingredients
- 4 large apples, cored
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C.
- Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, butter, and pecans.
- Stuff mixture into apples.
- Place apples on the EGG and smoke for 1 hour.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
