Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and diced
- 1/4 cup ice water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 large peaches, sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add ice water gradually and knead into a dough.
- Roll dough into a circle and place peach slices in the center.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle thyme.
- Fold edges over the peaches and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
