- 2 cups pecans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp honey
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 300°F/149°C.
- Mix pecans with olive oil, garam masala, salt, and honey.
- Spread pecans on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
