Roasted Masala Spiced Pecans

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pecans
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 300°F/149°C.
  2. Mix pecans with olive oil, garam masala, salt, and honey.
  3. Spread pecans on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
