Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork loin
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Mix mustard, honey, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Coat pork loin and let marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Roast for 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
