Pork Tenderloin with Honey Mustard Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Mix honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush pork tenderloin with glaze and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  4. Roast for 25-30 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
