- 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- Mix spaghetti with marinara sauce, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer to a cast iron skillet and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
