Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect baking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Mix spaghetti with marinara sauce, ricotta, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer to a cast iron skillet and top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
