Lemon Cornish Hens

Ingredients

  • 2 Cornish hens
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Rub hens with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Stuff hens with lemon slices.
  4. Roast for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
