Grilled Grouper with Basil Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 grouper fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Rub grouper fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill fillets for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. In a saucepan, heat garlic, diced tomatoes, basil, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes and spoon over grilled grouper before serving.
