Flat Iron Steak Fajitas

Ingredients

  • 1 lb flat iron steak
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small flour tortillas

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 450°F/232°C.
  2. Mix olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Marinate steak for 30 minutes.
  4. Grill steak for 5-6 minutes per side, then let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice steak thinly against the grain.
  6. Grill peppers and onions for 5 minutes until tender.
  7. Serve in warm tortillas.
