Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup aioli for serving

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct cooking at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill potatoes in a cast iron pan, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Serve with aioli.
