Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can white beer
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Rub chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
- Pour out half of the beer and place the can inside the chicken cavity.
- Roast for 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
