Farm-Fresh Chicken with White Beer

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 can white beer
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Method: Indirect roasting

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
  2. Rub chicken with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Pour out half of the beer and place the can inside the chicken cavity.
  4. Roast for 90 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes before serving.
