Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Method: Indirect cooking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- In a Dutch oven, brown ground beef, then remove excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in tomatoes, beans, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot.
