Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 2 rib-eye steaks
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, minced

Instructions

Method: Grilling (Big Green Egg)

  1. Preheat the Big Green Egg to medium-high heat.
  2. Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, pepper, rosemary, and garlic.
  3. Grill the steaks for 4-6 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to reach your desired doneness.
  4. Let the steaks rest for 5 minutes before serving.
