Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
Instructions
Method: Indirect grilling
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/190°C.
- Mix all dry rub ingredients together.
- Toss wings in the rub until evenly coated.
- Grill wings for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from grill and serve hot.
