Cherry-Smoked Mushrooms with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Method: Indirect smoking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C with cherry wood chips.
  2. Mix bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, and paprika.
  3. Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
  4. Smoke for 45 minutes.
