- 4 slices bacon, chopped

- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Method: Indirect smoking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 250°F/121°C with cherry wood chips.
- Mix bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, garlic, and paprika.
- Stuff mushrooms with mixture.
- Smoke for 45 minutes.
