Cedar Planked Salmon with Honey Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1 cedar plank, soaked in water
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Method: Indirect cooking

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
  2. Mix honey, soy sauce, mustard, and black pepper.
  3. Place salmon on the cedar plank.
  4. Brush with glaze and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve immediately.
