- 4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Method: Indirect roasting
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and mix with brown sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
- Layer sweet potatoes in a baking dish and pour mixture over them.
- Bake for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
