- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 tbsp sugar (for topping)
Instructions
Method: Indirect baking
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 375°F/191°C.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in butter until the mixture resembles crumbs.
- Stir in buttermilk and butterscotch chips.
- Drop dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sugar and bake for 12-15 minutes.
