Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked brisket, shredded
- 4 cups French fries
- 1 cup cheese curds
- 2 cups beef gravy
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
Method: Indirect reheating
- Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
- Spread fries on a baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes.
- Warm brisket in foil with some beef gravy.
- Top fries with brisket, cheese curds, and remaining gravy.
- Serve immediately.
