Brisket Poutine

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked brisket, shredded
  • 4 cups French fries
  • 1 cup cheese curds
  • 2 cups beef gravy
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

Method: Indirect reheating

  1. Set the EGG for indirect cooking at 350°F/177°C.
  2. Spread fries on a baking sheet and heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Warm brisket in foil with some beef gravy.
  4. Top fries with brisket, cheese curds, and remaining gravy.
  5. Serve immediately.
