Multi-Zone (Direct and Indirect) Cooking
When grilling direct, food is placed over the fire and cooked by direct exposure to the flame and heat. It’s the ideal way to sear steaks, or to grill chops, burgers, boneless chicken breasts, kabobs, fish fillets, many vegetables and other quick-cooking foods.
With indirect grilling, roasting and baking, the food is not directly exposed to flame and heat as a convEGGtor is placed beneath the food to deflect the heat. Food is cooked by the convection process which radiates surrounding heat from the coals, side walls and dome of the EGG.
Multi-Tier Cooking
Offers expanded cooking capacity when cooking several foods at once or when cooking for large groups. The top cooking grid slides back for easy access to your food.
convEGGtor Basket
Facilitates easy and convenient placement and removal of the convEGGtor. The Basket also holds the Carbon Steel Wok for delicious stir-fry cooking.
