With unique cuisines and techniques, I like to influence the BBQ community to push limits on what they can accomplish on a Big Green Egg. Everyone eats food, and it’s time to make it diverse and exciting. It’s my mission to elevate the appreciation of culinary diversity so that people can expand and experiment with new tastes and flavors.
