Just picked the Planch Griddle at our local Ace, broke it in doing smash burgers on the flat side, worked perfectly.

My favorite BGE Eggcessory! Sausage and shrimp on the ridged side and biscuits on the flat side. So many more uses too! These are hard to find but if you do but it!

My new favorite and most used Big Green Egg accessory! Most items cook much better on this griddle than on the fire exposed grill grid. The ridges are small and closely spaced and are just deep enough to drain away excess oil while still allowing the hot oil to evaporate into the meat. I often use the ridged side to cook breakfast sausage then flip it over, put a pizza stone under it to diffuse heat and cook biscuits on the smooth side. I love my plancha griddle!
