Southwest Turkey Burgers

Smoking Egg

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Pepper jack cheese and avocado slices for topping

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

  1. Set the EGG for direct grilling at 400°F/204°C.
  2. Mix ground turkey, green chilies, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form into four patties and grill for 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Serve on buns with cheese and avocado slices.
