Clean mushrooms with your preferred method and let dry. Spray or brush olive oil all over mushrooms. Shake on a light coating of Simply ZensationalTM Seasoning.
Prepare EGG for direct grilling at 350°F/177°C, and wait until smoke is thin with a light smoky aroma.
Grill mushrooms, turning occasionally, until golden brown and edges are slightly charred.
Depending on the size of the mushrooms, the heat of your fire and the level of char desired, they should take 10-20 minutes.
Eat immediately and try not to let your eyes roll too far back into your head!
