Lamb Pops

Ingredients

8 lamb lollipop chops
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp rosemary, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Method: Direct grilling

Set the EGG for direct grilling at 450°F/232°C.
Rub lamb chops with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Grill for 2-3 minutes per side.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
